Cloud
It can be generally defined as "Online Storing" or its like having an extra drive.When you store something on cloud , it means it is stored on internet servers instead of your computer.You can access to it from anywhere any time ,when you are connected to the internet.
You just have to connect your device to the cloud once , then it will save all your data automatically on cloud.The basic purpose of cloud is to sort out the problems of people regarding data storage ,its privacy and security , backups and hard drive issues. When your computer broke down or stop working it usually damages your hard drive or your data on it ,but once you start storing your data on cloud it never gets deleted itself.
Web Apps
Web apps like Google Doc. is very helpful, You can create any document online on Google Doc. and can save it there for as much as long time you want.And when you need that document you can easily access to that online for anywhere. https://docs.google.com/
But when we talk about storing data on cloud the term used for it is "Cloud Storage"
Cloud Storage
Cloud storage is a model of data storage where the digital data is stored in logical pools, the physical storage spans multiple servers (and often locations), and the physical environment is typically owned and managed by a hosting company. These cloud storage providers are responsible for keeping the data available and accessible, and the physical environment protected and running.Storage availability and data protection is intrinsic to object storage architecture, so depending on the application, the additional technology, effort and cost to add availability and protection can be eliminated.
Security of stored data and data in transit may be a concern when storing sensitive data at a cloud storage provider.
Cloud Storage system or Cloud Storage devices

=> Dropbox
=> Google Drive
=> Mediafire
=> MS Skydrive
Whether your files are stored on Dropbox , iCloud, or Mega, they could do with a little more security. It's impossible to make them "hack proof," but there are a few things you can do to make your data as secure as possible ,and still convenient to access.There's no such thing as perfect security, but that's no excuse to do nothing, especially when boosting your security is easy. Don't fall for the trope that "if you want it secure you shouldn't store it in the cloud." Cloud storage is a convenient, accessible technology that gives us access to our data anywhere, on multiple devices. It helps us work and makes our lives easier. There's a line to be sure, but it's silly to not use useful technologies simply because of the risk that something bad might happen.
